ICG’s indoor cycling experience is unlike any other cycling program. ICG features a unique ‘Coach by Colour’ training system. This highly interactive, power-based, virtual experience enables instructors to monitor the efforts of all riders at all times. It also simultaneously delivers an unforgettable indoor cycling experience that produces results and drives engagement and motivation.

ICG, led by Master Trainer James Lamb, is headlining the indoor cycling program at FILEX 2020, with four sessions on Friday and two sessions on Saturday – and there are still some places available in most sessions.
