Belgravia Health and Leisure Group is partnering with Sport Australia to encourage Australians to get moving for 30 minutes a day.

The Sport Australia ‘Find Your 30’ initiative has been running since August 2018, and Belgravia Health and Leisure Group has come on board this year as a partner to help Aussies find simple and practical ways to work half an hour of activity into their day.

The Genesis Health + Fitness and Ninja Parc Indoor Obstacle Course brands will actively take part by providing 30 simple, 30-minute workouts, accessible to the general public for free.

Belgravia Health and Fitness CEO Ian Jensen-Muir said they were thrilled to partner with Sport Australia for the initiative as it perfectly aligned with the Group’s mission to build healthier, more active communities across Australia.

Jensen-Muir said:

“There’s also an educational component to this campaign, because there’s definitely a stigma in Australian gym culture that a visit to the gym needs to be an hour or more or it’s not worth it.

By encouraging people to get active for 30 minutes a day we hope to break that misconception.

Getting active for 30 minutes a day to improve your overall physical and mental health, is better than not getting active at all.”

Genesis Health + Fitness are also offering a special ‘30 days for just $30’ across its clubs during the month of March. Similarly, Ninja Parc is offering ‘30 days of classes and obstacle course access for just $30’ with no joining fees at its Newcastle and Townsville sites. Terms and conditions apply to both offers.
