Everyone knows that food and exercise go hand in hand to achieve a healthy lifestyle and that’s why Genesis is partnering with ready-made-meals service Thr1ve to offer improved convenience to members.

The partnership will see Genesis offer a new online Nutrition Portal fuelled by Thr1ve that allows members to access free meal plans and recipes as part of their membership packages. Members will also be able to go one step further, if they choose, and order the meals to be delivered to their door.

Genesis Health + Fitness CEO Ian Jensen-Muir said he was excited to provide this level of convenience to members in partnership with a meal-delivery service that’s focused on nutrition.

Ian said:

We’re always looking at new ways to support our community and we know how challenging creating a healthy, nutritious meal plan can be – it’s one of the things our members tell us they struggle with the most.”

“Our key driver has always been to give members the best experience both within our club, and at home – which is why we’ve introduced this new service. We want to remove uncertainties and stress where we can and make it as easy as possible for members to get on with reaching their goals, no matter what those goals may be.

“We chose Thr1ve because we love what they do – their meals are designed collaboratively by nutritionists and chefs to suit different goals, whether it’s weight loss, improved fitness or a focus on mental health. Thr1ve can also service both our metro and regional sites, meaning delivery is available to every single one of our members regardless of their location.”

Thr1ve Luke Baylis, CEO and Founder said:

“We are thrilled to be working with Genesis to help members with the often-daunting task of weekly meal prep. We take members’ goals and objectives just as seriously as they do, without compromising on taste, convenience or value for money.”
