Typically, property developers engage I Choose Awesome prior to the building’s completion, to consult on the gym’s set up and to then work with Life Fitness to deliver and install the premium fitness equipment that offers residents an ideal mix of cardio, strength, free weights, cable functional training and stretch equipment.

I Choose Awesome then staff the gym space full time (at their cost), with a fully qualified Personal Trainer who is responsible for the upkeep and professional management of the gym space. They’ll also monitor residents’ progress throughout their fitness journey, essentially revolutionising the way apartment residents workout and maintain optimal health and fitness. Staff will also manage and deliver gym inductions, monthly reports, routine maintenance, in-house health and lifestyle seminars, and more.

The inclusion of I Choose Awesome in property developments serves as a powerful additional service for residents, which comes at no financial cost to the Owner’s Corporation.
