In terms of its Sydney offering, due to its huge scale in 2019, they have decided to offer two different shows, one for consumers and a separate show for its B2B industry audience, so they can keep the content super targeted and relevant for each audience.
Next year, the portfolio of shows will present more of a focus on fitness communities and continue to be one step ahead in the industry showcasing the newest in fitness and health trends for 2020. Having listened and taken on board the customer feedback from this year, the Fitness Shows will aim to deliver more of what consumers want, in terms of high-profile fitspo talent, community workouts and demos, as well as even more new technology, clothing and apparel, supplement segments, along with a far more diverse range of show specials.
The portfolio will skip its visit to Brisbane next year, as it focusses all its energies from a commercial perspective into a massive return from its Sydney and Melbourne offerings.
Shaun Krenz, Director of The Fitness Shows, thinks this streamlined calendar for next year will allow the Sydney and Melbourne shows to be bigger and better than ever. He said this year’s changes were the result of intense research, consumer and trade feedback, exhibitor input and a refined and carefully considered strategy by the entire Show team, from operations to marketing.
“We’ve segmented the offering to provide clarity for visitors and this carries through our marketing, digital platforms and onto the show floor. Our intent is to bring together all of the relevant communities under the one common theme of Fitness and so we look forward to delivering on this again in 2020,” he said.
