The free online event, which will be hosted from B-fit’s Instagram page, @drinkbfitau, will feature an assortment of short, punchy 10-minute workouts designed for various fitness levels.

With over 20 sessions to choose from, there’s something for everyone!  Plus, a bonus active recovery series.  What a perfect way to actually kick-start those 2021 wellness goals.
