Enjoy a scenic drive through Kangaroo Valley into Morton National Park to begin the signature Canoes, Champagne and Canapes experience. Its the perfect combination of food, wine and wilderness.  Glide downstream on the Kangaroo River from Beehive Point to the mouth of Yarrunga Creek with the backdrop of the Morton National Park in Kangaroo Valley.

Two sessions are available on Sunday 27 June 2019 and both are self-drive with up to 20 people in each group. $195 per person.

Hops | Harvest | Brew – February 2019

Experience hops harvest season in the Southern Highlands with the ultimate Paddock to Pint indulgence.  Exclusive to Wild Food Adventures, Southern Highlands Brewing welcomes visitors to their farm in Sutton Farm where hops are grown for their micro-brewery and to be a part of the incredible craft brewing process.  This once in a year opportunity starts at Southern Highlands Brewing in Sutton Forest with a tour followed by hops harvesting in the field before enjoying their award-winning craft beer.  It is then onto Southern Highlands Property’s new restaurant and bar, The Taphouse for a beer-matched lunch.  Scheduled weekly tours are hosted on Saturday 2 February, Saturday 9 February, Saturday 16 February and Saturday 23 February 2019.  $295 per person Sydney pickup and return in a luxury vehicle, beer samples and lunch.  $195 per person for self-drive.

On demand bookings can be taken from Thursday 24 January to Sunday 24 February 2019 for groups of 10 – 22 pax, with two session options per day.

Fungi | Forage | Vine – April and May 2019

Forage in the forest with a Southern Highlands’ local ‘master forager’ throughout April and May next year and enjoy the freshest of mushrooms you have carefully located, pan-fried in butter and salt until they are perfectly caramelised and served with fresh locally made sourdough.  Next on the tour is Bowral to explore and take in the charm of this small town with big city sophistication with stops at Dirty Janes Antique Mart and The Mill.  The last stop is to take in some wine tasting or a warm coffee by the fire at Bendooley Estate, a magnificent 200-acre property and includes a visit to the iconic Berkelouw Book Barn and Rare Book Room.

Scheduled weekly tours are hosted on Saturday 13 April, Saturday 27 April, Saturday 11 May and Saturday 18 May 2019.  $195 per person Sydney pickup and return in a luxury vehicle, foraging, lunch and afternoon tea/wine tasting.  Or you can choose the self-drive half day option. On demand bookings can be taken for 4-22 pax.
