Women’s Health Week is a national campaign, held every September, to raise awareness of the importance of good health and wellbeing for all women and girls in Australia.

Bicycle Network is proud to be teaming up with Jean Hailes again as an official Community Partner for Women’s Health Week 2020.

With the onset of COVID-19, it’s now more important than ever to take care of our health and wellbeing. Women’s Health Week is a great opportunity to check in on your health and to keep making positive changes that can last a lifetime.

Virtual Riding Challenge

We’d love to see as many women and girls hopping on the bike this Women’s Health Week, so we’re hosting a virtual riding challenge.

Head out for three bike rides for at least 30 minutes between 7-11 September to complete the challenge and go into the draw to win 1 of 5 tickets to Around the Bay 2021.

We want to you to know we’ve got your back, so we’re giving all women who sign up for the challenge a free three-month membership to support you on your bike riding journey.

Share your ride on social media with @bicyclenetwork and #womenshealthweek.
