By going Dry this July and fundraising for Cancer Council you’ll be helping them to continue providing their vital support service for all Australians affected by cancer.

13 11 20 is a confidential cancer information and support phone line run by Cancer Council’s experienced Cancer Support Professionals. It’s available to those affected by or concerned about cancer and works to connect Australians with relevant support, information and resources.

However, their latest estimates show that by 2040 the number of Australians with a personal history of cancer will increase by 72 per cent to 1.9 million. This means in the coming years, their services, like 13 11 20, will be needed more than ever before.

Please help them continue providing this much-needed service for the Australian community by fundraising for Cancer Council this Dry July. With your help, Cancer Council can ensure no Australian has to face cancer alone.

If you have a special occasion in July, you can always buy a Golden Ticket. A Golden Ticket gives a Dry July participant a night off their challenge. For a minimum $25 donation, even a night off can still make a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.

Important Note

Dry July is a fundraising campaign aimed at challenging social drinkers to change their habits for a month and make some healthy lifestyle changes. We would encourage people to drink responsibly and stick to the recommended daily guidelines for the rest of the year. We advise heavy drinkers or people dependent on alcohol to speak with their GP before signing up to Dry July.
